Rosie G Update 16th June 2013!! :-)
Hello again everyone, how are you all doing this week??? I can't believe another week has gone by :-) Only a couple of weeks now before sparkly nanny gets here :-) Me and daddy are going to pick her up at the airport so I'm really looking forward to that. It's still cold and sunny which is great as we still get to go out and play, we just have to wrap up warm :-) So read on for all my latest news.....
I had playgroup and it was really cold so I had to wrap up today. It was great fun and I had a great time and apparently I’ll be going in the bigger room soon because I’m 3 now. I'll still get to see my friends when we go out to play in the sand pit and playground, but I'll just be doing different activities so I'm really looking forward to it :-)
We went to Syrahs and had a play today. We had pasta with salmon in it for lunch and it was yummy. Syrahs mummy always cooks nice things. We saw Syrahs big girl bed and it looks fab It was a lovely morning and I really enjoyed it but then we had to go and get things sorted at home :-)
Wednesday was horrible and it was cold and rainy all day so we played inside at playgroup and painted and had books today. It was nice but really cold. When I got home a parcel was here from the goochies!! Yay the goochies, I miss them :-( It had all peppa pig make and bake books and cooking things in it. It's fab, thanks goochies, I am going to bake lots of cakes and when you come to see me again you can try them out :-)
Daddy came swimming to see me in action and then got in for a little splash. He was very impressed and kept waving at me and blowing me kisses :-) Mikas dad was there as well and we all splashed around and jumped on our daddies backs and splashed them :-) It was great fun. Afetr a while the daddies were cold and wanted to get out but we just wanted to stay in forever and splash them :-) We went home after and did some peppa baking and daddy did a bit of work. That night when we were watching tv, we had a power cut and slept downstairs with torches and candles, it was a real adventure even though I didn't like it at first. I was snuggled in between mummy and daddy so I was safe enough :-)
There was a man coming to look at our fridge doors on Friday so I had to miss playgroup. When he arrived he was a giant just like Corkys daddy and Michael from the mountains! He sorted the fridge for us and then we went to Sutherland and then shopping. I took baby wendy in her push chair with me and she enjoyed that. My mummy bought an old tablecloth that she thinks will make a pretty curtain for my room. I think it looks beautiful and am looking forward to it getting put up :-)
Saturday and Sunday were just stay at home and do job days. We have soooo much to do with sparkly nanny here soon and my baby sister. Uh and my aunty Lisa Lisa is coming to see me as well from Singapore so that will be a party weekend :-) I can't wait :-) Daddy was in the garage and found the helicopter he got from uncle Jock and we had lots of fun flying that in the garden, daddy had a go with it on the veranda but I got scared and hid in the caravan! I had a go with it and it went really high and I panicked and let go and it dropped and broke :-( My daddy is going to try to fix it :-) We took a break on Sunday and went to Ikea for a hot dog and ice cream and then did more jobs at home.... will these jobs ever end? Thankfully, we are nearly sorted so we can spend more time playing and less time doing jobs :-)
So thats about it from me for this week. Sparkly nanny is here soon and her room is almost readysorted. Still no sign of my baby sister coming and mummy has an appointment on Wednesday at the hospital so I will let you know what happens. We're struggling with names so if anyone has any suggestions then let me know. Have a great week and I'll talk to you all soon.
